About the Villa

Caribbean Dawn is located in Mammee Bay Estate close to Ocho Rios town centre. It is a private area of holiday villas and residential homes which has a private beach. Our lovely villa is spacious, comfortable and well presented with good quality furnishings, artworks and plants. We want the place to feel like home from home. So come on in, and check us out.

You enter via a nice patio into a huge lounging area that is separated by two archways at the centre. A well equipped kitchen leads off from here which was built by a local craftsman. There is a separate dining area that leads out to a courtyard that is set off by a lovely Bougainvillea tree.

There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms:The Master bedroom has a colonial feel and is furnished with traditional styled furniture. This room has a  King-size bed and the double doors gives access to a courtyard garden.  It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has views over the garden. It is furnished in Bamboo and has a Double bed as well as a Single bed. This room sleep 3 people comfortable. Bedroom 3 is furnished in Wicker with a double bed and also looks out to the gardens. These two rooms share the main bathroom of the villa.  Bedroom 4 is located at the other end of the villa.  It is a large room and is also furnished in Bamboo with a lovely Bamboo 4-poster bed and an en-suite shower room.

Our villa is a short walk to the private beach which has lot of amenities. There is a restaurant and bar, a games room, massage hut and changing rooms with shower facilities. The beach is lovely and it stretches past two 5 star hotels in the area.
