Winter Snowbirds

Welcome Winter Snowbirds.  We offer our Guests the opportunity to spend some of the winter months at a private villa. We want Caribbean Dawn to be a home from home experience. We are very flexible and hope that you have such a good time, that we become the place you return to for your winter break.

Our villa is charming and character-full, that is light and spacious with high vaulted ceilings. The large living and entertainment area is an ideal space for you to feel comfortable and just relax

The villa is located in a secure gated community of resort villas that has a beautiful private beach which has a restaurant and bar, a gym and a gift shop. The vista from the beach is amazing. Your gaze can follow the curve of the bay all the way down to the cruise ship pier in Ocho Rios. The beach is protected by a coral reef just a few strokes from shore.

The villa has two master suites which are situated at opposite ends of the villa, so you will have all the privacy you need. 

The Mahogany Master is a large room with a smart television, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This room has direct access to a courtyard garden. Both Master rooms have full use of the entire villa and gardens.

The Bamboo Master is a large room with a smart television, a private kitchenette and en-suite shower room. This room has direct access to the covered Terrace.
